Delivery Delays

JIRA is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control once the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before placing an order. If enetered incorrectly, contact support@shopjira.com for further assistance; if we haven't shipped it we will change the address. JIRA is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@shopjira.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.
