Raw singles, graded cards, and sealed products are packaged using appropriate protective materials based on the item being shipped.

Lower-value raw singles may ship using a standard envelope where available. Higher-value cards, graded cards, and qualifying orders are shipped with tracking.

Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. ShopJIRA is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact support@shopjira.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information.
